About Our Workshops:
Our
workshops address the needs of job seekers requiring updated job search
skills necessary to improve their marketability and re-enter the
workforce. Our clients come from all walks of life and include
technical and business professionals, trades people, office
administration staff, sales personnel and health care professionals,
just to name a few.
Proven curriculums, small class sizes, and a
staff of professional instructors ensure relevant, practical and
comprehensive training. Our workshops are well targeted and follow a
total immersion approach for maximum learning retention with intensive,
practical hands-on instruction.

Method of Instruction:
The
method of instruction follows a fully taught, instructor - led format.
Each workshop consists of in class instruction combined with hands-on
exercises.
For resume and cover letter workshops, each
participant is seated at an assigned computer equipped with Microsoft
Word for resume and cover letter preparation. By workshop end, each
participant will have created a formatted, customized and highly
marketable resume/cover letter, reviewed and edited by the instructor,
ready for submission to employers.
Small Class Sizes:
To
maintain our high standard of personalized and customized instruction,
class sizes are limited to 12 students. Furthermore, there is only 1
student per workstation - no sharing required.
Instructor Qualifications:
Our
workshops are taught by experienced and credentialed career counsellors
and career development practitioners with experience in a vast array of
fields and certified as per guidelines set by the province of Ontario. |
